Perfavore Aiuto non ho il tasto preferenze!!

Ciao a tutti!! ho installato per la prima volta coolstreaming ma non ho il tasto preferenze cioè in alto a sinistra ho solo quattro icone su cui poter cliccare:
una V, il play,un icona con ab che cambia la lingua e infine il punto interogativo..come mai?

please aiutatemi ...vorrei riuscire a vedere il intermilan questa sera!!
