come configuro wmp 9 per vedere ottimamente programmi tv?

Ciao a tutti potresti dirmi come devo configurare e cosa devo scaricare (codec di windows,software utili ecc) per vedere senza scatti e senza immagini bloccate per minuti tutti i programmi tv in streaming (soprattutto quei canali dove fanno vedere le partite di serie A e di champions league ) ?

Ps:Oggi alle 15 vorrei vedere milan palermo su taroba sport ma l'immagine rimane ferma mentre l'audio funziona bene) Mi aiutate ?

Ma basta solo scaricare il wmp 10 per risolvere tutti i problemi di blocco del video o del blocco a scatti ?

ma taroba non mi andava cmq neanche bene il giorno prima della partita....
