Streaming video

Non so dove postare, scusate se ho sbagliato.

Vorrei con il vostro aiutato a risolvere questo problema:
vorrei ritrasmettere un flusso video visualizzabile solo con VLC, ho provato anche con l'ausilio vi ManyCam ma, sebbene sul monitor visualizzo il video, trasmetto solo la cornice di VLC con l'interno tutto nero.

Qualcuno ha un'idea?
