Non riesco a sincronizzare l'audio e il video :(

salve ragazzi, noto con piacere che è tornato up il vecchio forum e quindi il mio utente

ho una domanda da farvi..io seguo la procedura per sincronizzare l'audio e il video e và tutto bene, ma dopo solo un minuto già la cronaca si sfasa e và sempre peggio..uso real player, ma fa così anche con winamp...che faccio?

ho alice 4 mega e non uso cfosspeed.
