Non riesco a vedere alcuni canali!! help!!

Ciao a tutti!
Sono nuovo e quindi non me ne intendo molto di media center! volevo chiedere chiarimenti su un problema: quando guardo sulle guide dei canali perchè magari voglio scegliere di vedere una partita, quando vado per vederli sul media center non vanno! Viene la scritta "pronto" ma la schermata rimane nera!! come posso fare?
