Non riesco a vedere nulla

Ho scaricato PPstream e l'ho installato. Vedo la lista dei canali sulla sinistra, ma quando clicco su un canale l'unica cosa che vedo è un logo pubblicitario a cartone animato....chi sa dirmi cosa fare??
Sopra invece carica a 80-90 KB/s...ma niente...che devo fare
