Requisiti per strimmare

Ciao,
ho provato diverse volte a strimmare un canale, e il nome compare nella lista ma quando provo ad aprirlo da un altro PC non bufferizza e dopo un po' mi dà "fatal error"; eppure dal lato server il buffering è al 100%... cosa può essere? devo avere un ip pubblico o fare un port forwarding? o cos'altro?
