Problema con Windows Media Encoder

Ciao a tutti ho istallato Windows Media Encoder, incomincio a settarlo per effettuare uno streaming, ma nella sezione "Connessione per trasmissione" mi mette nel campo "url per connessioni ad internet" (impossibile rilevare).
Come posso fare per poter visualizzare l'url e poterla così utilizzare per recuperare sul web lo streaming?
