Aiuto!!!

Ciao a tutti,sono nuovo,uso collstreaming da pochissimo...ieri ho guardato tramite mediacenter su CCTV-5 i mondiali di tennistavolo di Brema,oggi dovrei vederli di nuovo ma CCTV-5 non si vede...e nemmeno gli altri canali...mi fa il caricamento ma alla fine non parte e sotto scrive "Pronto" e non si vede nessuna immagine.Cosa devo fare?che problemi ci sono???
