protocollo internet TCP/IP: problema..

Ho un problema con il protocollo internet TCP/IP...a volte mi riesce impossibile connettermi perchè viene rilevato errore 733 riferito al protocollo internet TCP/IP...
Scrivo qui, perchè avevo installato la patch sp2 per le p2p tv...ma penso che xoft spy la abbia rilevata come virus..e cancellata...da allora sono cominciati i problemi..ma sapete dire qualcosa???che faccio rinstallo la patch???
