Tenmperatura ideale e massima del processore..

Salve ragazzi,
ho un amd athlon 2.800, volevo sapere se la temperatura di 70° è un livello di guardia o è normale in questo periodo dell'anno...
Siccome il pc è un pochino "imbottigliato" nel mobile, vorrei sapere se è il caso di farlo respirare ogni tanto..
La temperatura viene rilevata col programma Everest Home Edition...
