aiuto sopcast

Salve ragazzi ho un problema con sopcast , al momento che apro un canale si vede 1 min. e poi mi appare il messaggio di errore ( si e verificato un errore ecc . ) .
Potete aiutarmi le ho provate tutte ma nulla .

disinstalla il programma
cancella a mano tutte le cartelle e i file residui sul pc
fai una pulizia con ccleaner
reinstalla

ho ripulito tutto ma nulla appena carica il buffer dopo poco va in crash e anche dal sito la stessa cosa , pero ho anche un portatile vecchio e mi funge molto bene non capisco dove sta questo problema

infatti e strano solo con sop , e siccome e l'unico credo che ha il canale tvmacumb@ brazil cioe tvglobointernacional che vorrei vedere
